Overview

This is a level 93 Druid Oracle built around Entangle and Thrashing Vines — two buttons that between them handle the entire endgame. The distinguishing trick is resource routing: life pays for the spells while mana absorbs incoming damage through Mind Over Matter, with Eldritch Battery folding all energy shield into the mana pool. The result looks fragile on a character sheet and plays as the opposite.

The defensive profile lands at roughly 2,000 life and 2,500 mana for an effective pool near 14,000, alongside about 44% physical damage reduction from 3.9k armour, 75% to all resistances including chaos, and a little over 200 life and mana regenerated per second — numbers that climb sharply while actually hitting things. Offence sits at 100% critical chance with 227% critical multiplier, and Entangle’s real damage substantially outpaces what tooltip calculators report for it.

What separates this from a generic clear-speed build is that magic find is treated as a core stat rather than an afterthought. Rings carry 92% increased rarity on their own, with the setup targeting 100%+ increased rarity while mapping. The build is designed to convert its clear speed straight into loot.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Genuinely two buttons for mapping — Entangle constantly, Thrashing Vines every few seconds
  • Very high clear speed with real tankiness behind Mind Over Matter
  • 100% crit chance via Forced Outcome removes damage variance entirely
  • Magic find baked into the gear plan, so mapping directly funds itself
  • Heart of the Well plus twin-charge charms turn charm use into a large mana (and therefore effective-life) recovery
  • Optional third and fourth buttons exist for bosses without being mandatory

Cons

  • Expensive — the creator states outright this version uses many costly items and points league starters at a separate stripped-down list
  • Rarity rings are the single priciest slot because they are in heavy demand
  • Nightskill gloves remove mana regeneration whenever spells are not being cast
  • Tree relies on several keystones and a timeless jewel, so respeccing mid-league is awkward
  • Boss damage is respectable rather than a selling point

Key Skills

  • Entangle — the main clear button, linked with Accelerated Growth, Branching Fissures, Rapid Casting, Heft and Atalui’s Bloodletting (which converts mana cost into life cost)
  • Thrashing Vines — cast every three to four seconds, linked with Auxiliary Growth, Physical Mastery, Concentrated Area and Zarokh’s Refrain
  • Cast on Critical → Bone Cage + Thunderstorm — Bone Cage pins and adds physical damage, Thunderstorm makes plant skills overgrown and boosts shock; supported by Astral Projection, Life Tap and Efficiency
  • Mana Remnants — the sustain package with Remnant Potency, Harmonic Remnants, Vitality and Clarity
  • Sigil of Power + Vulnerability — optional weapon-swap boss buttons for extra spell damage and curse magnitude

Gear & Anointments

The weapon is either a staff with +7 to physical spell skills and physical damage plus some damage as extra lightning (needed to feed Thunderstorm), or the equivalent wand-and-focus pairing. Buying it outright is recommended over crafting. Sockets go to +1 spell skills and a +1 plant soul coil.

  • Helmet — highest-tier life and mana with crit chance and resistances; Kalandra’s Gaze is the ideal socket but costly, a max-mana soul core is the budget answer
  • Body armour — Conjurer’s Mantle for the spirit implicit, stacking armour, energy shield and resistances, with two iron runes
  • Boots — high movement speed, life, resistances, with an Idol of Vienna for plant skill effect
  • GlovesNightskill, the only unique gear piece: huge regeneration after a recent critical (always active here) at the cost of mana regeneration while not casting; vaal it and socket an Adiga’s Epiphany to fit a rare jewel
  • Belt — high-tier life and mana with chaos resistance, and at least two charm slots
  • Rings — gold bases with two rarity rolls each plus life, mana and resistances
  • Amulet — +3 to spell skills with a high spirit roll; anoint Zarokh’s Gift for an extra jewel socket
  • Off-hand — a chiming staff with level 19 Sigil of Power and +6 spells, optional
  • Charms — Fall of the Axe (onslaught on slow), Howling Charm (freeze immunity), Utopia (armour on stun)
  • Flasks — instant-recovery ultimate life flask plus the unique Lasagna Spirits in place of a mana flask
  • Jewels — two rare jewels each carrying 2% mana on kill and 2% life on kill; Prismable with +3 Entangle; Heart of the Well with skill speed, crit chance and mana recovered on charm use; Undying Hate timeless jewel for the life-per-life-spent keystone; a budget Megalomania as two free passive points

Skills should be pushed to level 20 and 20% quality where budget allows; level 19 is an acceptable compromise.

Endgame Notes

The Oracle keystone Entwined Realities is what holds the tree together, allowing any passive in a keystone radius to be specced once allocated. Around it sit Unseen Path for hidden nodes, Lesser Harm to make incoming hits unlucky, and Forced Outcome for guaranteed crits — which is why crit chance on gear still matters, since each non-crit spends a little damage rerolling. The load-bearing keystones are Wilting Temptation, Mind Over Matter, Eldritch Battery and the converted Sacrifice of Blood. Weapon set one takes critical and physical damage nodes; weapon set two takes curse magnitude and defence, and can be skipped entirely by anyone who wants to keep the two-button promise literal.
