Overview
His Foul Emergence, the slow 8-second-cooldown skill granted by the Unborn Lich staff, is normally too clunky to build around. This Chronomancer version fixes that with Time Snap: pairing it with Uthred’s Constellation (two extra uses, less cooldown recovery) means the cooldown effectively never matters because Time Snap resets everything.
The second pillar is area of effect — over 500% increased — so both His Foul Emergence and Inevitable Agony, a screen-wide cull from the ascendancy, cover the whole screen. The result is relaxed T16 mapping and surprisingly good boss damage for an off-meta chaos spell.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Screen-wide clear from stacked area of effect
- Time Snap + Uthred’s Constellation removes the cooldown bottleneck
- Inevitable Agony provides constant culling
- Consecrated ground from Disengage + Emergent Vigor rune makes crits deal no bonus damage to you
Cons
- Massive visual clutter — hard to read enemy attacks
- Long cast time; Unwavering Stance is mandatory to avoid stun interrupts
- The Grasping Mail body armour is extremely hard and expensive to roll
- Chaos resistance is hard to cap

Around 61k sheet damage with ~70% crit chance. Tested in T16 maps with four Ritual tablets; only a few deaths reported.
