Overview
This is a low-cost minion army build for the Witch that floods the screen with skeletons, spectres, clerics, mages, snipers, reavers, and an Infernal Hound, then walks forward while the army shreds everything. The Spectre Power Zealot is the main damage source, and a deliberately varied roster of minion types exists so that every Muster-supported minion gets stronger from the others — shock, projectiles, offerings, and protection all stacking together.
The creator pitches it as a simple, comfortable, rarity-friendly setup: you stay near your army, keep Pain Offering active, curse tough targets, and let the zealots carry. With over 150% rarity possible while still clearing smoothly, it doubles as a magic-find farmer that handles both mapping and bosses.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Simple, walk-forward gameplay — most of the work is automated by minions
- Cheap and low-cost to start, scaling up gradually with better specters and spirit
- Strong boss damage alongside comfortable, safe clear
- Fits over 150% rarity for currency-by-magic-find farming
Cons
- Effectively requires juggling many minion types and their support links
- Leans on energy shield as the sole core defensive layer
- Premium uniques (Prism of Belief, megalomaniac) get very expensive
- Damage depends on maintaining Pain Offering and curses uptime
Key Skills
- Spectre Power Zealot — primary projectile damage, pierce and acceleration supported
- Pain Offering — the key buff to keep active for army-wide damage
- Skeletal Storm / Frost Mages + Snipers — shock, chill, and extra Muster-scaled bodies
- Blasphemy curse setup — temporal chains for safety, or Despair once Rakiata’s flow is online
- Sigil of Power (chiming staff swap) — a pre-boss damage window via a weapon-set swap
Gear & Anointments
Main hand is a Rattling Scepter with increased spirit, minion damage, +levels to all minion skills, and minion cast speed; the weapon swap is a chiming staff for a big Sigil of Power. Prioritise energy shield, spirit, +minion levels, resistances, and attributes across gear, with unique boots that help summon extra minions. Amulet wants the Warlord Leader instil; start with Essence Infusion as the cheaper amitan still. Cap elemental resistance first, then chaos. Exact rolls should be confirmed against the source video.
Endgame Notes
Infernalist is the optimized ascendancy for spirit and energy-shield scaling, though Lich and Oracle also work toward the same goal. Post-campaign, shift the tree into heavy maximum energy shield and recovery, then treat unique jewels like Prism of Belief or the megalomaniac as upgrades rather than requirements.
