Overview
This is the deep-endgame evolution of a Cast on Critical Comet Stormweaver — explicitly the version that comes after the build is already perfected, not a starting point. The breakthrough is an Absent amulet craft that grants a second, fully-linked level-20 Cast on Critical setup at zero spirit cost, letting the character run two independent trigger engines at once. Both are proc’d at an absurd rate by the same one-button Spark setup, so the payoff scales beyond simply double the power.
Despite the offensive ceiling, it is not a glass cannon — the build still reaches upwards of 9,000 energy shield to survive one-shots. As a full cold-convert Stormweaver it constantly shocks and freezes via Siphon Elements, and it generates lightning and cold infusions so quickly (recycled through Refraction Infusion) that it can feed a second trigger spell purely off surplus resources. The footage shown was already obliterating 200% delirious maps on a weaker hybrid version; the true double-trigger setup is stronger still.
This is a showcase of how far the archetype scales when money is no object, paired with a full walkthrough of the amulet craft that enables it.

- Strictly a post-perfected setup; not where you start the build
- Several anti-synergies to avoid (Sacred Flame and Palm of the Dreamer conflict with Rakiyata’s Flow and Elemental Arcana)
- High execution complexity — infusion cycling, double-trigger linking, and a multi-step craft

The centrepiece is an Absent amulet (item level 75+) crafted to grant a second Cast on Critical: transmute and chaos-spam toward a fracturable tier-1 Spirit or +3 to all spell skills, fracture, add 40% caster quality via essence and sibilant catalysts, then finish the remaining mods (cast speed suffix, increased energy shield prefix) with perfect exalts, collarbones, and omens of necromancy/light/abyssal echoes. A Perfect Flux upgrades the granted Cast on Critical to level 20. Anointments: one slot must be Dominion (anoint-only); the second is best spent on Embodiment of Frost for freeze/chill immunity, freeing up a charm slot — Archon of the Storm is a strong alternative pathed via passives. A Megalomaniac with Embodiment of Frost is ideal but practically unobtainable at this rarity.
Endgame Notes
The build is tuned for the hardest mapping content, comfortably clearing 200% delirious maps thanks to Spark plus Silent-Temper Arc coverage. Comet supplies heavy single-target for tough rares and bosses. Players willing to use an off-hand scepter can push to triple trigger, but must avoid the Sacred Flame and Palm of the Dreamer anti-synergies noted above.
