Overview
This entry is a crafting walkthrough rather than a full skill-tree guide: it shows how to turn a fractured Exceptional Vile Robe into an end-game body armour for an energy-shield Gemling Spark character. The target item stacks flat and percentage energy shield on the prefix side, a fractured Spirit roll, the increased Spirit Reservation Efficiency of Skills desecrated modifier and at least one resistance, so the character can run more persistent buffs without giving up defence.
The craft leans heavily on Omens to control which side of the item each currency touches, and on a trick the creator calls the “lightless reroll”: instead of buying Omens of Light, the desecration is re-rolled through the Well of Souls with Abyssal Echoes, and a wrong result is overwritten with a Perfect Essence while an Omen of Dextral Crystallization makes sure only the suffix is replaced. The run in the video started around 110 Divine and produced a robe the creator valued at roughly 360 Divine, with the honest caveat that a less lucky session could cost considerably more.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Spirit plus Spirit Reservation Efficiency on one chest frees room for extra auras and buffs
- Deterministic steps: every slam is steered by an Omen, so failures are recoverable instead of bricking the base
- The lightless reroll avoids buying expensive Omens of Light for the desecration step
- The finished robe keeps its value and can be resold if the build changes
Cons
- Needs a fractured Spirit Exceptional base (roughly 30–45+ Chaos) before any crafting starts
- Omens of Whittling, Dextral Crystallization and Perfect Exalts are expensive; budget ~100 Divine
- Several steps are pure RNG (the Spirit Reservation desecration, the resistance slam, divining for the top of the range)
- Only useful to energy-shield caster setups that actually spend Spirit

Gear & Anointments
The craft follows this order:
- Base — buy an uncorrupted, unmodified normal Exceptional Vile Robe with three augment sockets, or a fractured one with Spirit already on it (search the trade site with a “not” filter on hybrid defence augments to exclude tampered bases).
- Prefixes — Greater Exalted Orbs under an Omen of Sinister Exaltation to add flat energy shield, then annul and re-slam until a single-stat percentage energy shield roll appears.
- Desecration — socket an Astrix Creativity (allows a second essence-style modifier), set up Abyssal Echoes, Perfect Essence of Seeking and Essence of the Abyss with Omen of Dextral Crystallization, then reveal at the Well of Souls until increased Spirit Reservation Efficiency of Skills appears.
- Suffix fill — a Perfect Exalted Orb with Omen of Greater Exaltation, Omen of Dextral Annulment to strip bad suffixes, and Omen of Whittling with a Greater Chaos Orb to replace the lowest-level mod until a resistance lands.
- Finishing — Divine Orbs to push Spirit Reservation Efficiency to its top value (12%), swap the Astrix Creativity for a Fox Idol so bonded idol modifiers activate, socket Greater Iron Runes, and use a Crackling Flux to convert cold resistance to lightning when that is the uncapped element.
