Overview
This is a cold-conversion caster built around the Liminal Coil wand, which grants damage gained as cold for every curse on the target. Stacking five to six curses through a Blasphemy setup pushes that gained-as-cold figure past 300%, so the Coiling Bolts and the Comets they trigger all inherit a massive cold multiplier. The build freezes constantly and leans on that freeze for both survivability and extra damage.
The engine is a Comet trigger loop. Veric and Vericium let the character generate fire infusions instantly from a sliver of ward, and Remnants supply the cooldown reduction needed for permanent infused-Comet uptime. Spell Cascade triples the Comets and the gem’s quality gives a frequent 10% echo, layering a great deal of burst on top of the wand’s own projectiles. Defensively it runs Mind over Matter with Eldritch Battery, using mana purely as a life pool so that Comet — which spends life rather than mana — is sustained by leech, Sun the Flush, and remnant recovery. After recent tuning the creator reports it handles both clear and single-target comfortably, melting an ~18 million HP boss in seconds.

Mana is the defensive resource via Mind over Matter and Eldritch Battery, supported by big mana rolls (a Kundra’s Touch ring doubles increased mana) and Sun the Flush for damage and survivability. Endgame Notes
The creator plays it at level 96 and frames it as a long-tail endgame build with a high scaling ceiling — additional spell-skill levels, a corrupted Coil, and frozen-enemy cold-damage allocations all push damage well beyond the showcase numbers.
