Overview
This is the Mjolnir Instant Earthquake Titan — a slam build that turns Earthquake’s normally clunky 4-second detonation into an instant, zero-delay hit. By stacking reduced skill effect duration from a scepter, the passive tree and Titan’s Hulking Form (which amplifies small nodes by 50%), the build brings Earthquake’s delay to 0 seconds, so a single click lands two hits plus a third from the aftershock. The result is a genuine one-button playstyle: hold right click and everything in front of you detonates.
Mjolnir (the Thunder God’s Wrath weapon) adds a Lightning Warp layer that teleports you onto near-dead monsters, giving both extra mobility and faster clear, while Arc fills in as the secondary lightning skill. The creator has run Mjolnir Earthquake across multiple leagues and rates it as one of the best and fastest mappers available, comfortably handling 200% delirium, expedition and juiced group maps.
Defensively it leans on a Chaos Inoculation / rage-stacking package, using Blasphemy Temporal Chains to slow monsters and a war-cry engine to keep rage and empowered attacks topped up.

Defenses stack evasion into energy shield via Ghost Dance and Time of Need (which also grants curse immunity), ideally on a Mageblood. Look for flat lightning on rings and gloves to apply shock for 20% more damage, and rage-effect scaling through jewels like Commanding Rage plus the Legacy of the Brass Timber rune.
Endgame Notes
The build was shown soloing a Citadel Gonor boss under Delirium and running juiced expeditions and three-man maps without trouble.
