Overview
Wildwood Packmaster is a companion-focused Huntress setup shown here in a relaxed T15 mapping showcase. The video has no voice commentary, so this entry is a short digest of what the creator describes rather than a full build guide. The pitch is a build that almost nobody else is playing this league, with a low barrier to entry and a mix of passive damage from the pack plus the option to contribute actively yourself.
The footage covers the way most players actually spend a league: exalting a map, dropping in whatever tablets they like and exploring the Atlas at a comfortable pace. The creator frames it as a build you can play as actively or as lazily as you want. The Spirit Walker ascendancy is inferred from the Wildwood theme and the creator’s previous companion showcase on the same channel; confirm the exact tree against the source video.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Low barrier to entry, according to the creator
- Much of the damage comes passively from the companion pack
- You can add your own damage when you want to, or hang back and let the pack work
- An off-meta pick that few other players are running
Cons
- The video has no narration, so skills, gear and tree have to be read off the footage
- Shown on casual T15 maps only; this video does not show pinnacle bossing
- Companion builds rely on the pack surviving, which gets harder on heavily juiced maps
Key Skills
- Companion pack — tamed beasts supply most of the passive damage
- Active attack — an optional self-cast layer on top of the pack; the exact skill is not named in the description
Gear & Anointments
The description does not list gear, uniques or anointments. Specific items and passives are still to be checked against the source video.
Endgame Notes
The creator also uploaded a separate heavily juiced mapping showcase for this build. They say that level of investment is not needed for season goals or pinnacle bosses.
