Overview
This is a cold-converted Spark Stormweaver built for dense, stationary content. A Call of the Brotherhood topaz ring converts all lightning damage to cold, turning Spark into a freezing projectile carpet — anything that survives the initial hits gets frozen and dies shortly after. The creator describes the loop bluntly: park yourself in a corner and hold Spark while the room fills with projectiles.
The conversion creates one problem the build has to solve deliberately. With no lightning damage left, shock is off the table, so the tree picks up Shaper of Stones to make all hit damage contribute to shock again. Around that sits the Stormweaver remnant engine — Frost Bomb, Orb of Storms, Siphon Elements and Mana Remnants all feed remnants, and the ascendancy re-spawns collected remnants after three seconds, so cold infusion on Spark stays near-permanent during mapping.
The build is presented at level 93 as a Ritual and Abyss farmer that has since branched into atlas passives. Damage sits around 40k unbuffed and roughly 100k fully buffed at a boss, once Sigil of Power, Frost Bomb and Charge Regulation are layered in. It clears full T16 maps with tablets, and the creator reports Expedition going well, with Delirium untested at the time of recording.

Gear & Anointments
The wand is self-crafted with +5 lightning, tier-three critical, cast speed, hybrid spell damage and mana. The focus carries a large energy shield roll plus levels to all spells, crit, cast speed and mana. The amulet is +2 to all spell levels with spirit, anointed with Infusion of Power — paired with Charge Regulation that anoint alone contributes roughly 24% increased crit.
The defining item is Call of the Brotherhood, the topaz ring that converts lightning to cold — the creator sniped one for a single exalt. The rest is a Maligaro’s belt with cast speed and spell damage during flask effect, Lavanga’s boots with movement speed, energy shield and resistances, a crit/energy-shield helmet, and a body armour with spirit, energy shield and resistances. Jewels are timeless sapphires with double crit, energy shield and spell damage.
Planned upgrades are an amulet craft with cast speed (desecrating off spell damage), a +1 corrupted Spark gem for roughly 5k additional DPS, and a tree reshape toward more jewel sockets ahead of a mana-stacker conversion.
Endgame Notes
The build handles full T16 maps with tablets and is specifically pitched at Ritual and Trial of Chaos, where enemies spawn into a persistent Spark field and freeze on the way in. Abyss and Expedition are both reported as comfortable. Delirium was untested at the time of the source video, so treat that as unconfirmed.
