Overview
This is a high-investment Oracle spell-crit autobomber that abuses one of 0.5’s unpatched interactions to generate enormous, fully automatic damage. The centerpiece is Choir of the Storm: every critical strike calls down a Lightning Bolt that ignores the enemy’s lightning resistance. Because the Oracle’s Forced Outcome guarantees crits, and the triggered Lightning Bolt can itself crit and re-trigger through the Mana Flare support, the two spells loop into each other roughly every 0.05 seconds — close to 2 million DPS unbuffed before any external buffs.
Around that core the build is a low-life energy-shield caster: Spark is fired purely to trigger Lightning Bolt, Blink is the only movement (cast up to three times a second via stacked cooldown reduction), and a web of remnant sources feeds Explosive Transmutation for herald-like clear. The creator is blunt that this is a several-mirror build, but the result maps extremely fast, deletes pinnacle bosses in seconds, and feels absurdly smooth.

- Repudiation — defensive button that consumes runic ward to block all hits for ~18 seconds
Gear & Anointments
A Rune Seeker’s Call (+9 to all spell skills) is preferred over a mirror-tier wand because it also lowers Blink’s cooldown and supplies runic ward. Palm of the Dreamer covers spirit and skill effect duration; pierce gloves save a Spark support; a Headhunter with an increased-ES corruption is favoured over Mageblood for rare-heavy content. The helmet is anointed with the expensive Raven-Touched rune, so it must be a top-tier energy-shield base. Time-Lost jewels on the tree are the real carry, turning the Oracle’s free notables into stacked crit, crit damage and energy shield. Endgame Notes
The build runs low-life via Eziri’s Communion reservation to enable Execute supports and Pain Attunement’s crit-damage bonus, while keeping ~8,000 energy shield for safety. Four separate remnant generators keep Explosive Transmutation firing for clear, and a Mana Tempest button is available as a ~30% more-damage swap when defenses are not needed. This is purely a top-end endgame showpiece — strongest once you can afford mirror-tier pieces.
