Overview

This 0.5 Warrior takes Sunder — normally a slow, deliberate slam — and turns it into a repeatable screen-clearing button. The line rips forward through a pack, the fissures chain onward, and because the setup stacks attack speed, skill speed, rage, armour break and fire scaling on top of the Titan ascendancy, it plays far faster than the mace-and-shield archetype usually suggests. The result is a Warrior that keeps moving instead of standing still between slams.

The Titan is what makes the numbers work. Colossal Capacity opens up gearing and scaling room, Hulking Form multiplies the value of every efficient node already taken on the passive tree, Earthbreaker feeds the slam skills directly, and Ancestral Empowerment turns empowered hits into a real burst payoff. Stacked together they let a simple one-button playstyle keep pace with far more complicated setups.

The build also does not hinge on a single gimmick. A weaker weapon still clears with Sunder; a scary map is survivable behind the shield and block layers; a tanky boss dies to the Earthshatter + Armour Breaker + Infernal Cry + Berserk rotation. That redundancy is the main argument for it over other Warrior variants this patch.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Sunder clears in a straight line and pushes explosions forward, so mapping is mostly “move and press one button”
  • Real boss rotation available (armour break → Infernal Cry → Earthshatter → Berserk) without a rigid combo loop
  • Shield plus block passives make dangerous hits far less punishing and keep uptime high
  • Titan scaling is multiplicative with the tree rather than requiring a niche side mechanic
  • Low button pressure — comfortable for long farming sessions

Cons

  • Weapon-driven: damage scales hard off the mace, so every upgrade is felt and a bad weapon holds the whole build back
  • Needs specific pieces (notably the shield) to hit the described defensive feel — not a zero-investment start
  • Mana sustain is a real failure point; the creator warns clear falls apart if recovery is neglected
  • Melee range means juiced content still demands positioning discipline

Key Skills

  • Sunder — the main clear button; travels through packs and opens the screen in a line
  • Earthshatter — heavier slam burst for rares, map bosses and anything Sunder does not delete
  • Armour Breaker — strips defences, generates rage and sets up the bigger damage window
  • Infernal Cry — extra burst layer plus war cry utility on a short cooldown
  • Berserk / Rage Shield / Magma Barrier / Time of Need — the burst-and-safety buttons pressed around the main rotation

Gear & Anointments

The weapon is the single most important slot: a strong one-handed mace with skill speed, attack speed, flat physical damage and plus to melee skill levels, with reduced attribute requirements as a bonus. The shield the creator uses is Chernobog’s Pillar, which keeps the build tanky while still letting it push forward. Body armour wants life, armour, strength and whatever mana or energy shield can be fit alongside; gloves want attack speed, armour and plus melee skills; boots want movement speed, life and resistances; the belt wants armour, life, resistances and extra charm slots to cover freeze and stun. Rings should chase added physical, cold and lightning damage, since every melee hit scales off flat damage. For jewels the plan is Heart of the Well as the premium diamond jewel plus multiple Grand Spectrum ruby jewels. The amulet anoint the creator calls out is Mystical Rage for crit scaling and smoother damage uptime — exact amulet base and remaining unique names should be confirmed against the source video.

Endgame Notes

The tree leans into shield and block notables specifically so armour stays meaningful at higher map tiers, and the Earthshatter boss setup gets stronger automatically as the main clear is scaled. Concentrated Area on Earthshatter is the boss-facing swap; Branching Fissures covers the mapping side.
