Overview

This Titan build runs the Warrior as a shapeshifted bear and turns Rampage into a map-clearing charge. Walking Calamity drops a steady rain of fireballs around the character while Rampage barrels through packs, so the clear keeps going even during the short pauses when the charge has to recharge. Ferocious Roar builds the Glory and power that fuel the empowered attacks, and Pounce on both weapon sets keeps a pair of wolves alongside as a distraction and extra damage source.

The ascendancy choice matters more than usual here. The Titan’s 50% increased effect of small passives is what makes the tree feel strong enough, and the rest of the ascendancy stacks stun buildup, bonus damage against heavy-stunned enemies, Crushing Blows and a large life multiplier. The tree leans on Glory regeneration, attack damage while surrounded, war cry nodes and rage while shapeshifted, with armour applied to elemental damage coming mostly from gear.

The showcase runs a tier 15 map at full speed and melts the map boss in a couple of seconds, but the build is pitched first and foremost as the fastest mapper the creator has played.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Extremely fast map clear: Rampage runs straight through packs while fireballs cover the gaps
  • Glory and rage loops keep empowered attacks rolling with very little downtime
  • Wolves from Pounce draw aggro and add damage, and Brutus’ Brain keeps them alive
  • Using the life flask boosts damage further, so the loop rewards aggressive play
  • Works with a four-socket chest; the pricier pieces (Headhunter, golden charm) are optional

Cons

  • Rampage can be hard to steer and sometimes sends the bear running in circles
  • Can feel squishy when forced to stand still between charges
  • Heavily reliant on the Titan’s small-passive bonus; the tree feels weak without it
  • The strongest version uses a crafted high-end weapon and a five-socket unique chest

Key Skills

  • Rampage — main clearing skill, charging through packs as the bear
  • Walking Calamity — rains fireballs around the character for constant area coverage
  • Ferocious Roar — builds Glory and power for the other skills
  • Maul — heavy hits, supported by Volcanic Eruption
  • Pounce — keeps the wolf companions active on both weapon sets

Gear & Anointments

The creator runs a five-socket Grand Regalia with resistance, life and chaos resistance per socket, but notes a four-socket version is fine. Other key pieces:

  • Two-handed weapon crafted with physical damage, + levels to attacks, gain damage as extra and onslaught chance
  • Corrupted helmet with extra spirit, and an amulet with +2 to melee skills, spirit and resistances (Frozen Claw anointed)
  • Plenty of armour applies to elemental damage on boots and gloves
  • Headhunter belt and a golden Rite of Passage charm are luxuries, not requirements
  • A Sapphire ring is used to push shatter, though the creator admits shatter is weaker in 0.5

Endgame Notes

Take the Titan small-passive node first, then the stun and life nodes. While levelling, grab damage nodes to get through the campaign and follow the full tree once the character is in maps. The poe.ninja profile linked in the source video has the complete setup.
