Strategy
This is a pure hideout currency-flipping method: buy raw ritual tablets in bulk, roll them with basic currency, and resell the good outcomes for far more than they cost. The creator picked up a full quad tab of roughly 570 ritual tablets at an average of about 6 chaos each, spending around 388 divine total, then turned the whole stack over for a raw profit of roughly 490 divine in about four and a half hours of hideout work.
It works because ritual tablet modifiers have no tiers. Every tablet mod rolls at the same tier and only differs by weighting, so there is zero reason to spend Greater or Perfect currency — plain Transmutation, Augmentation, Regal and Exalted orbs do the job. The value is entirely in hitting the two premium suffixes: “can reroll an additional time” (extra Ritual rerolls) and increased omen chance. A tablet with multiple extra rerolls or a high omen roll sells for 20–40+ divine, while the raw base costs a handful of chaos, which is where the margin comes from.
This is for players comfortable price-checking and sitting in the hideout crafting. It is a high-investment, high-return grind rather than a passive map strategy.
Atlas Tree & Setup
No atlas tree is involved — this is a bench-and-currency method done entirely in the hideout. What you need: a large stack of cheap ritual tablets (white/unidentified or magic with an open suffix), a pile of Transmutation and Augmentation orbs, plus Regal and Exalted orbs for the winners, and a trade-mod search site (the creator uses a PoE2 recheck/search site) to quickly scan a full tab for specific mods.
Investment & Returns
- Investment: High — the creator sank ~388 divine into a quad tab (~570 tablets at ~6c each). The method scales down: you can run a smaller batch for a smaller buy-in.
- Returns: High — ~881 divine gross, ~490 divine net profit, working out to roughly 108 divine per hour over ~4.5 hours.
- How it scales: More tablets rolled means more chances at the rare high-value suffixes. The bottleneck is your time spent identifying, rolling, price-checking and listing.
Step-by-step
- Identify every tablet, then Transmute all white ones to magic so they are blue with room for mods.
- Transmute first, then Augment — do NOT Augment a white directly. Going blue first gives you three separate chances at a good suffix instead of two; skipping it throws away about a third of your value.
- Use a mod-search site to scan the tab for the money mods: additional reroll and omen chance.
- On tablets that hit a premium suffix, Regal and Exalt to try to land a second good mod (a second reroll, omen, or reduced reroll cost stacks the price).
- Price-check and list the winners. Reference points from this batch: a triple-reroll tablet around 26 divine, an omen-plus-additional-reroll around 43 divine, omen-plus-reduced-reroll around 2–4 divine.
- Don’t vendor the leftover junk at 3–4 chaos. Take three failed tablets to the reforging bench and 3-to-1 them into a fresh unidentified rare, then Exalt-slam it to full mods and repeat the search. Loop the 3-to-1 until the leftovers are gone or the good rolls dry up.
Risks
- High up-front cost — a full quad tab is hundreds of divine and the profit is only realized once the good tablets actually sell.
- Prices move fast in an active league; the reference values above are a snapshot and ritual tablet demand can soften.
- It is time-intensive and repetitive — hours of identifying, rolling, price-checking and relisting, so the divine-per-hour depends heavily on your rolling and trading speed.
- Rare suffixes are low-weight, so a bad-luck batch can under-deliver on the jackpot rolls.
