Strategy
Lineage support gems are a 0.5 reward type that can be linked to skills for significant, skill-specific buffs. Their value is wildly variable — the most sought-after gem in the video was selling for around 297 divine, while many others sell for almost nothing — so the whole strategy is about maximising your chance to drop the valuable ones. They come from defeating the deadly map boss inside four specific zone types, so the farm is half atlas setup, half targeted boss killing.
The method is to find and unlock those four zones, then stack every available multiplier on your lineage-support drop chance: waystone drop chance, waystone quantity from tablets, and the dedicated atlas nodes. With everything active you buff yourself before each run and clear the boss for a strong shot at a lineage gem.
This is a low-cost, repeatable farm, but yields are RNG-heavy — most gems are cheap and only the chase ones pay off, so treat it as a lottery with good odds rather than guaranteed income.
Atlas Tree & Setup
Put points into the four lineage-focused atlas nodes, and in particular take Option 2’s “50% increased chance to find lineage supports” — it is the most important node. Activate the Jado master with “untold histories” enabled for a further 35% increased chance to find lineage supports (remember only one master can be active at a time). Run “partial translations” for the 20% chance to double the explicit modifiers on your tablets, and take the node that gives a 5% chance to reveal the four target maps. Investment & Returns
- Investment: low — a high-drop-chance waystone (ideally 100%+), three “increased quantity of waystones found” tablets, and a six-mod waystone to enable three tablets
- Returns: variable — most lineage gems are cheap, but chase gems reach hundreds of divine
- Scaling: every drop-chance multiplier (atlas nodes, Jado, partial translations) compounds your odds per boss kill
Step-by-step
- Allocate the four lineage atlas nodes, prioritising the 50% increased chance node
- Activate Jado with untold histories for +35% lineage support find chance
- Equip a six-mod waystone with very high waystone drop chance and slot three “quantity of waystones” tablets
- Enable partial translations for the chance to double tablet modifiers
- Progress through maps until you reveal and unlock the four target zones
- Buff up, run the deadly map boss in each, and collect lineage support gems
Risks
- Heavy RNG — most lineage gems are low-value; profit depends on hitting the sought-after ones
- Requires finding and unlocking the four specific zones before the farm comes online
