Strategy
An Abyss farm focused on rare monsters, pitched as an alternative to the expensive wisp strategies that demand a dedicated character and full atlas re-work. It runs on any build that can comfortably clear maps: stack Abyss tablets that add rare monsters out of each Abyss, raise monster rarity on the waystone, and farm the Omens, Abyssal bones and Kulemak-related drops those rares produce.
The creator’s sample was ten maps in about an hour (5–6 minutes per map, longer when an Abyssal depth appears), netting roughly 60 Divine Orbs after costs — including four Omens of Light and a high-value skull drop. A faster build could cut that hour to 35–40 minutes.
Atlas Tree & Setup
- Take the biome efficiency nodes that match your map region (the creator ran desert); city maps allow a fourth tablet.
- On the Abyss tree, take “may contain an additional Abyss” and the Amanamu-weighted nodes that favour Omen drops, plus increased chance for Omen items.
- Master: Hilda, with the rare-monster count, boss efficiency per threat level, and tablet effect-per-type nodes.
- Three Abyss tablets with “Abyss monsters may have Abyssal properties” and “2–3 rare monsters from each Abyss” (bought around 5–6 Divine for three; one-rare or plain versions are cheaper options).
Investment & Returns
- Investment: mid — about 6 Divine for tablets plus a few Divine of waystone juicing for ten maps (≈10 Divine total)
- Returns: high — about 60 Divine net over ten maps in the creator’s run
- Scales with more Abysses per map and higher monster rarity
Step-by-step
- Slot three Abyss tablets and pick Hilda with the rare-monster nodes.
- Juice the waystone for monster rarity (aim for 30%+, ideally 100%+) — use chaos-type omens on a five-mod waystone; six-mod waystones will not take the rarity modifier.
- Clear the map and every Abyss, prioritising rare spawns.
- Sell Omens, bones and other drops; convert small currency into Divine Orbs.
