The core loop leans on the new Patch 0.5 Ritual map-device item (referred to as the “Head of the King” — confirm the exact name against the source video). Slotting it into a Ritual-flavoured map lets you pre-select from a pool of six maps, each carrying a guaranteed boss encounter and often a confirmed reward, which makes the Ritual altars richer and easier to clear. The real prize sits on the reward side: Tainted Rituals have a chance to offer belts, and that is where a Headhunter or Mageblood can drop.
