Strategy

This method farms Ritual inside city map clusters, with the whole setup built around one idea: see as many Ritual reward windows as possible, because every reroll is another chance at a high-value purple omen or a chase unique such as Mageblood or Headhunter. Patch 0.5.5 fixed several Ritual bugs, and the creator reports a steady return of roughly 100 Divine Orbs an hour once the farm is running.

The map chain is split into two phases. Each completed map raises the number of rerolls available, so the first two maps outside the city run on a cheap tablet setup, and the four city maps after them get the expensive tablets. Foretold proliferation nodes that add 20% more favours, or make sacrificed monsters grant 25% extra tribute, should be run early in the chain so their bonus carries over to the remaining maps.

It suits players with a few dozen Divines to put into tablets and a build that clears comfortably. Rakiata’s Flow plus Headhunter is the creator’s recommendation for fast, relaxed clears.

Atlas Tree & Setup

  • Atlas Master: Jado. The key node randomly adds 0–40% increased tablet effect, which means more omen chances and fewer tribute shortages. The node that gives corrupted waystones an extra modifier is the second priority. Doryani is a credible alternative (higher area level is thought to raise purple omen odds), but this creator has only tested Jado.
  • Ritual atlas choices: take the increased favour chance option; switch to the extra tribute option only if your windows regularly hold 7–8 omens. Pick Tainted for its higher belt chance.
  • Atlas tree: take increased rare monsters at the forest mastery and swap every other eligible node to pack size.
  • Pathing: look for beams that mark city clusters, then use a tower to project the maps around them so you have several possible starting points.

Investment & Returns

  • Investment: high. City tablets need ~65–70% increased omen chance on ritual favours plus 20%+ extra tribute from sacrificed monsters (around 5 Div each). The reroll-favours tablet costs around 21 Div and is optional, but it has the biggest effect on omen volume. Non-city tablets only need the omen mod (roughly 1–2 Div). Freedom of Faith at 11% increased tribute costs only a few Chaos.
  • Waystones: at least 25% pack size and 15–20% monster rarity, plus extra elemental resistance on monsters if you run Rakiata’s Flow. About 1 Vaal Orb each.
  • Returns: high. Around 100 Div/hr, with upside whenever a Mageblood or Headhunter appears in a window.

Step-by-step

  1. Locate a city cluster and project the surrounding maps with a tower.
  2. Run two non-city maps with the cheap omen-chance tablets plus Freedom of Faith.
  3. Lock in the favour and tribute proliferation nodes early, then run the four city maps with the expensive tablets.
  4. Defer purple omens every five or six rerolls. A red border means the item must be deferred now or it will be lost.
  5. Budget tribute so every reroll gets used; unused rerolls are lost value.
  6. Between Ritual chains, path through Abyss, Breach (Hiveblood) or waystone-quantity tablet maps rather than plain maps.

Risks

  • The upfront tablet cost is high, and returns rely on hitting rare omens, so short sessions can swing heavily.
  • Without enough pack size and rarity, tribute runs out before you finish your rerolls.
  • Prices for tablets and omens move fast; recheck trade before buying.
  • The Doryani variant is untested by this creator.
