Strategy

This is a pair of budget-friendly Divine-farming strategies aimed at casual players who don’t want to sink large amounts of currency into a setup. Instead of investing 5 Divine to make 20–40 back, the goal is to spend at most 1–30 Exalted per run and still pull in Divines steadily. The first strategy farms Citadel boss fragments; the second farms Ritual tribute and Audiences with the King.

The boss-fragment method targets guaranteed multi-drops of valuable fragments — Argent Cradle (~3 Divine each), Argent Spark, and the ancient/faded/weathered crisis fragments — from Patriarch/Matriarch halls and Citadel bosses, which can reliably drop more than one per fight. The ritual method snowballs tribute through revived monsters and stacked Audiences with the King, which can be sold raw (~20 Exalted each) or cashed in for high-value omens.

Atlas Tree & Setup

For the fragment farm you need the Atlas nodes that let your tablets be upgraded to rare with +1 maximum modifier (one in the tree, one unlocked after killing the Arbiter of Divinity), plus the city node so an additional tablet may be used on city maps. Choose the Doriani master for a bonus revival. For the ritual farm, take Tainted Rituals (more belts/charms/flasks — Mageblood and Headhunter territory) from Traveler’s Woe, and on Invigorating Sacrifices take revived monsters have increased toughness + reduced attribute penalty for more tribute. The early Atlas node giving a 10% chance to summon an additional boss is also worth grabbing.

Investment & Returns

  • Investment: LOW — magic maps + alchemy/exalt, 1–30 Exalted of tablets; an Audience with the King can be bought for ~28 Exalted or self-farmed
  • Returns: MID — claimed 10–30 Divine per hour from fragments alone, plus bonus loot; ritual omens like Sinestral Nomen / Sinestral Eraser go for 5–6 Divine each
  • Scaling: city/Vaal-city maps add a 4th tablet (more waystone quantity), and Queen’s Rituals dramatically increase tribute

Step-by-step

  1. Fragment farm: find clustered Citadels/Patriarch-Matriarch halls (they spawn near each other). Speed between them by slamming Tier-1 maps and ignoring everything but the boss.
  2. Run maps with ~90–105% increased waystone drop chance and 3 tablets that increase ‘quantity of waystones found in the map’ (one irradiated for +1 monster level). Alch + exalt magic maps, or alch a junk tablet to reroll it into waystone-quantity mods.
  3. Pick Doriani for a bonus revival; don’t fully upgrade the map (leave it ~80–85%) to keep 2–3 revivals. In Vaal cities add a 4th waystone-quantity tablet.
  4. Ritual farm: get an Audience with the King (buy ~28 Ex or farm juiced T15 ritual maps). Stack ritual altars, kill rogue exiles / bosses ON the altars so they get revived for more tribute, and chase Queen’s Rituals.
  5. Use the Audience to reveal a Crook of Nothingness, take its head to K’Teath, pin it, and choose 5 maps to boost (prefer clustered city maps for the 4th tablet).
  6. Add an Overseer tablet to force a powerful map boss + bonus summoning circle for extra tribute. Don’t start re-rolling reward outcomes until all altars are done, so you know your full tribute pool.

Risks

  • Citadel and powerful-map bosses still hit hard — you need a competent build with area damage and defenses
  • Profit-per-hour depends on RNG (omen drops, Queen’s Ritual upgrades), so individual runs vary
  • Speed-running Tier-1 maps to reach citadels means skipping loot along the way — that’s intentional, not a mistake
  • Standing in the middle of ritual circles gets you killed; reposition before activating
