Strategy
This is a low-investment Ritual routine built to print omens consistently rather than gamble on a single jackpot drop. Recent patching pushed all the expensive omens into the reward window at area level 79, which makes high-tier Ritual far more rewarding to grind than the old budget version. The hook is that you are not running plain rituals at all - you funnel everything through the Rite of the Nameless, a chained Ritual map sequence that snowballs tribute and rerolls across six maps.
The whole point is repeatable, safe currency. Every tablet you slot is geared to convert Ritual favours into omens, so each window fills with sellable omens like Sinistral, Dextral, and the various Chaotic omens. On top of that, every window is a lottery ticket: a Mageblood, a Headhunter, or an expensive From Nothing diamond can show up at any time. A 6-hour test run returned about 111 divine purely from omens, before counting raw currency and Fracturing Orbs.
Atlas Tree & Setup
Run a Ritual-focused Atlas tree with the Atlas Master set to Jo. Roll your maps as corrupted T15 and use Unexpected Missions for an extra modifier, Unforeseen Threats for bonus anomaly maps, Partial Translations so you gain explicit suffix modifiers on tablets (this is the key pick, because the omen modifier is a suffix and Jo amplifies it further), and Random Extra Content for extra Rogue Exiles and summoning circles.
Tablet loadout: every tablet must carry “Ritual favours have increased chance to be omens.” On a city biome you slot three rare omen tablets plus the Freedom of Faith unique Ritual tablet, which roughly doubles your rerolls and only costs around 40 exalted. Beyond the omen line, prioritise more monsters - increased magic monsters, rare monsters, or pack size - because monsters that die in a Ritual circle are revived in every following Ritual, compounding tribute and rerolls.
City biomes are the priority because they allow four tablets instead of three, which is a large multiplier on the whole setup. Cleansed areas are a strong alternative since they add Fracturing Orbs to the haul.
Investment & Returns
- Investment: minimal - three rare omen tablets plus one Freedom of Faith (~40ex) per map, no expensive reroll tablets. Audience with the King runs roughly 8 exalted and Head of the King about 1 divine on the currency exchange if you cannot farm your own. · Returns: ~111 divine in omens over a 6-hour run (96 div in the big omens, ~10 div in Chaotic omens, ~5 div in the rest), plus an extra 15-16 div in Fracturing Orbs from cleansed maps and unaccounted raw currency. · Scaling: roughly 18-20 div per hour from omens alone, with an uncapped ceiling thanks to Mageblood/Headhunter/From Nothing lottery hits.
Step-by-step
- Keep an Audience with the King in your inventory so the Crux of Nothingness zones appear on your Atlas, then reveal them by running maps nearby.
- Enter a Crux of Nothingness using a normal map with the highest possible waystone drop chance (over 100% can drop two or three Heads of the King); no tablets work in this zone.
- Kill the King in the Mist to collect Heads of the King (and a chance at a From Nothing diamond, ~16 div unidentified or far more if you gamble the identify).
- Never run plain rituals - attach a Head of the King to the Ritual statue in Sath to unlock the Rite of the Nameless, the purple chained maps on your Atlas.
- Pick six maps, favouring city biomes, and always choose Foretold Proliferation buffs first - especially more tribute, reduced reroll tribute, or extra wildwood monster packs - since they propagate down the entire chain.
- Slot your tablets (three omen rares plus Freedom of Faith on city biomes) and run the chain, doing the proliferation maps first.
- In each map, rush the boss and complete its Ritual first so the boss respawns in every later circle; drag Rogue Exiles and other monsters into the circle to be revived for more tribute.
- Buy out the valuable omens at each window and let tribute snowball - you start at four rerolls and build up to fourteen by the sixth map, with tribute often topping 80,000.
- Liquidate omens, From Nothing diamonds, and any high-value Ritual tablets you collected at the end of the run.
Risks
- It is slow and roll-intensive; a full six-map chain takes real time and the test was a 6-hour session.
- Profit is consistent but the big jackpot hits (Mageblood, Headhunter) are pure luck and should not be counted on.
- Ritual can get rippy with multiple bosses stacked in one circle - dying mid-chain wastes the snowball.
- Omen prices fluctuate quickly as the market shifts, so high-value omens can lose value before you sell.
- Requires upfront access to Audience with the King and Heads of the King; if you have none, you must buy in on the currency exchange first.
