Strategy
This is a beginner-friendly Breach farming strategy that anyone can run without expensive tablet setups or hard maps — averaging roughly two to three divine per map across the creator’s test runs. The whole method is simple: add three cheap Breach tablets to a map, kill monsters, take loot, and leave. The profit angle comes from maximizing womb-gift drops and steering the Genesis tree toward currency and catalyst rewards.
It works this patch because the lavish womb gifts you accumulate are easy to sell or open for catalysts (River Catalyst in particular can be worth 10+ divine), and the strategy effectively sustains itself — the tablets dropped in the run pay for the next batch. With only ~24 exalted per tablet, the investment is trivial relative to the return.
It’s for anyone who wants a low-stress, low-cost farm that’s hard to lose money on. The one detail many players miss: don’t kill the center rares immediately when stabilizing a Breach, or it collapses early and you lose the edge loot.
Atlas Tree & Setup
Take all the Breach nodes, then prioritize: Breeding Program (choose the lavish womb gift — this is the most important node, it gives currency/catalyst rewards at the Genesis tree), and Shape the Chains for +50% pack size. Pair with Jaido Spycraft, Instinct Knowledge (remnants have a 10% chance to roll an additional time keeping the rarest outcome), and the tablet double-effect explicit node (20% chance to double tablet modifiers). The strongbox/hive nodes don’t matter since you run normal unstable breaches. On the Catalyst Genesis tree, take Ignorant to Power (remove Skittering Catalyst), Forego the Flesh (remove Neural Catalyst), Enchanted Creation for jewel/River catalysts, and the node giving a chance to birth an additional catalyst of the same type. Investment & Returns
- Investment: low — three Breach tablets at ~24 exalted each (~150 exalted for 10 maps, under one divine)
- Returns: mid — roughly 2 divine per map in raw currency, ~3.2 div/map once womb-gift catalysts are opened
- Scales with map item rarity (aim ~30% rarity, some pack size) and tablet womb-gift quantity
Step-by-step
- Add three cheap Breach tablets (prioritize “increased quantity of worm gifts found in maps”) to a map with ~30% item rarity.
- Stabilize each Breach, then do one lap killing the normal and blue monsters around the edge first.
- Only after the edge is cleared, kill the center rares — this collapses the Breach, so save it for last.
- Full-clear the map: kill the map boss, do Expedition encounters, and open only the researcher (currency) strongboxes.
- Repeat across all breaches in the map, then collect and either sell or open your lavish womb gifts at the Genesis tree.
- Open womb gifts for catalysts (River Catalyst is the high-value target) or sell stacks for currency.
Risks
- Yield is RNG-dependent on womb-gift catalyst rolls; a bad batch lowers the average
- Killing center rares too early collapses the Breach and wastes edge loot
- River Catalyst and other top values can fluctuate as the economy shifts
- It’s a volume strategy — profit depends on running many maps consistently
