The result is some of the most disgustingly juiced, rippy bosses in the game — which is exactly the point, because those bosses drop the best loot.
The method is high-investment and high-skill: it requires passive-tree and tablet investment to flood maps with spirits and Rogue Exiles, plus careful execution to chain the wisp transfers correctly. Done right, it concentrates a map’s entire wisp pool onto one target.
Atlas Tree & Setup
Allocate Atlas passive points and run tablets that maximize the number of Azmeri spirits and Rogue Exiles spawning in your maps. The two enabling passives are Deadliest Hunt (so spirits transfer to Rogue Exiles after you kill a possessed rare) and Call of the Spirits from Hilda (so wisps released from Rogue Exiles seek the next valid target — the map boss). Step-by-step
- Fill the map with as many Azmeri spirits and Rogue Exiles as possible via tablets and passive points.
- Scout for strongboxes and open them before the spirits can possess them.
- Feed wisps into rare monsters and kill them — with Deadliest Hunt, the spirits transfer to Rogue Exiles.
- Hunt down and kill the Rogue Exiles — with Call of the Spirits, the wisps jump to the next valid target, the map boss.
- Kill the now fully-juiced map boss for the concentrated loot. Optionally locate the two secret rifts for extra special effects.
Risks
- The funneled bosses become extremely lethal — expect to die without strong defenses
