Strategy

This method farms Omens out of Ritual altars inside the Rite of the Nameless City chain, a special sequence where several linked maps across the Atlas are cleared back to back. The key property of the chain is that monsters and bosses carry over from one map to the next, so the Ritual tribute pool swells far beyond a normal map: inside the chain it is common to bank 20,000-30,000 tribute. That much tribute buys many rerolls of the Ritual reward window, which is where the expensive Omens show up.

The source puts the projected return at roughly 97 Divine Orbs per hour after adjusting for market prices (about 107 div/hr before the adjustment). Treat that as a snapshot of one tested session, not a guarantee: the number of rerolls per chain map swings between about 10 and 26 depending on how the tablets roll, and Omen prices move every day.

It is aimed at players who already have a strong mapping character and a comfortable currency buffer. Setup costs are high, and the video says plainly that trying it underfunded can bankrupt you.

Atlas Tree & Setup

  • Waystones: Tier 15, item level 79 or higher, so every high-value Omen is in the drop pool. Corrupt them to six modifiers and stack pack size and monster rarity.
  • Atlas passives: take pack size, Ritual favour nodes and the unique-belt corruption node.
  • Chain choices: when picking the next adjacent map, ignore one-off bounty rewards and prefer modifiers that spread to the following maps, such as reroll-cost reduction.
  • Tablets outside the chain: two cheap tablets for budget runs.
  • Tablets inside the chain (4 total): Freedom of Progress, a tablet with 3 extra rerolls (about 23 div at the time), an Omen-rate + tribute-multiplier tablet, and an Omen-rate + reroll-cost-reduction tablet. Aim for 28% or more reroll-cost reduction, and keep the tribute-increase value on Freedom of Progress low.
  • Item filter: the creator uses a Ritual-specific filter. Exact config keys are not confirmed, so do not copy setting names from the video.

Investment & Returns

  • Investment: high. The roughly 152 div figure shown is the total cost across the whole test, not the minimum to start. Estimate your own budget from current tablet prices and the number of chains you plan to run.
  • Returns: high, about 97 div/hr in the tested session, mainly from purple Omens, Chaos Omens and other high-value Omens.
  • Scaling: more rerolls per altar (extra-reroll tablets, cost reduction) and a larger tribute pool from the chain carry-over.

Step-by-step

  1. Start with cheap tablets and practise deferring rewards before the item frame turns red.
  2. Once you are confident and have built up a buffer, unlock the Rite of the Nameless City chain.
  3. Roll and corrupt T15 ilvl 79+ waystones to six modifiers with pack size and rarity.
  4. Slot the four chain tablets and confirm reroll-cost reduction is 28% or more.
  5. In each map skip the boss and clear all six Ritual altars in order.
  6. At each altar reroll, check the deferral list, and repeat. Lock in purple and Chaos Omens, and buy any trade-worthy Omens you find.
  7. Pick adjacent chain maps for spreading modifiers, not one-off rewards.

Risks

  • High start-up cost. Running it without spare currency can leave you broke after a few bad chains.
  • Reroll counts vary a lot (10-26 per chain map), so income per chain is unstable.
  • Defer high-value items before the frame turns red. Waiting until it is red loses the deferral progress.
  • Omen and tablet prices change constantly. Check the trade site before you commit currency.
