Strategy
This guide compares three currency-farming strategies head to head, each run for one hour to measure real profit per hour: targeted Lineage Support farming, Ritual farming, and Breach on 200% Delirium maps. The takeaway is that all three land in A tier — none is a clear S — and which one suits you depends mostly on your gear level and how much consistency versus jackpot potential you want.
Lineage Support farming is the recommended starting point because it needs no investment and no good gear. Rituals offer the headline jackpots (Headhunter, Mageblood) with steady omen income. Breach is the most consistent divine-per-map drip but demands a strong build.
Atlas Tree & Setup
Lineage Supports (~150 div/hr in testing): Take the three Atlas nodes for finding Lineage Supports — notably the 50% chance in forest biomes (force forest with a tablet) plus the Jado 35% node and the 5% anomaly-map reveal node. Run waystones with waystone drop chance + item rarity, and a tablet with increased rarity/quantity of waystone drops. Target maps around Eye of the Storm to farm Rakiata’s Flow and hunt Gurakan’s Resolve.
Rituals (~30–45 div/hr): Use Head of the King on a city biome (allows four tablets). Look for map grants increased tribute, map costs reduced tribute, and Freedom of Faith (reroll twice as many times); add an omen-chance tablet. Skip the 30+ div reroll unique tablet — it eats your margin. Stack as much pack size as possible in the Atlas, and target pack size + monster rarity on waystones.
Breach on 200% Delirium (~45 div/hr): Run high item-rarity waystones with tablets that spawn three additional rares when a Breach stabilises, plus extra rarity. Focus the Atlas tree purely on rarity. Ideally run on city maps for tablet count.
Investment & Returns
- Investment: low for Lineage Supports, mid for Rituals/Breach (tablet costs). Returns: Lineage ~150 div/hr (variable), Ritual ~30–45 div/hr, Breach ~45 div/hr but the steadiest. Numbers are single-hour samples — variance is high, especially for Lineage.
Step-by-step
- Pick a strategy by gear: no gear → Lineage Supports; modest gear → Rituals; strong build → Breach.
- Set the Atlas tree and tablets as described for your chosen strategy.
- For Breach, open a Breach, kill some monsters, then move to the next so two run at once — and spend High Blood after the map for extra divines.
- For Rituals, prioritise omens and rerolls; the big wins are Headhunter/Mageblood and stacked omens.
- Track your profit over a full hour before judging — single maps swing wildly.
Risks
- Lineage Support results are swingy: in testing two of four maps dropped nothing before a single 150-div hit carried the hour.
- Ritual margins are thin if you buy the expensive reroll tablet — skip it.
- Breach requires a build that clears fog reliably; weaker builds will underperform.
- All figures predate further 0.5.4 tuning for some mechanics, so re-test as the meta settles.
