Overview
This Spirit Walker setup is built around a single tamed monkey companion that goes berserk at low life and permanently grows in size, speed and attack speed with every kill. In a good map the monkey swells to cover a large chunk of the screen, turning it into a very fast clearing engine while the character itself sits back behind a zoo of support companions, auras and Mind over Matter.
The patch 0.5.5 update is the second step of a budget ladder: the earlier version targeted roughly 5 divines, and this one pushes to about 10 divines by swapping in a +2 minion helmet and a crafted +4 minion amulet. The character is designed to be deliberately cheap to gear, relying on all-attribute rares that are easy to find on trade to power a two-handed mace and extra evasion.
The standout trick is the revive tech. A Wolf Pack companion is burned down by Infernal Legion so its revive timer ticks while the monkey is still alive, letting the monkey come back almost instantly. Tuning how tanky or squishy the wolves are controls how long the monkey stays berserk and how big it gets before dying and reviving.

Cons
- The current clear-focused links trade away some single-target damage
- Revive timing needs manual tuning per content difficulty
- The +4 amulet craft is a gamble — one essence outcome can remove the minion skills mod
- An “extra crit” monkey is needed for the best scaling and is luck-dependent to capture

Gear & Anointments
The weapon is a two-handed mace socketed with soul cores that lower its intelligence requirement, and the helmet is a rare with +2 to all minion skills plus high all-attributes. Gloves, boots, belt and rings are cheap rares filtered for total attributes, resistances, life and mana. The amulet is crafted from a minion-skills base using an Essence to add a random mod, then quality from Necrotic Catalysts. The amulet is anointed with Gigantic Following for extra companion damage, size and life. Additional companions with auras such as invulnerability or elemental resistance are captured to round out the team. Specific uniques beyond these are to be confirmed against the source video.
Endgame Notes
The build was shown clearing a full tier 15 map. The creator plans a follow-up targeting a 15–20 divine budget with changes expected to add a sizeable chunk of extra damage. If you want to boss, swap the clear supports for single-target ones, which raises the monkey’s single-target DPS noticeably.
