Overview
Orb of Storms is usually treated as a support skill — a utility drop that ticks away while a Sorceress casts something bigger. This build argues the opposite: with enough orb multiplication, it becomes the primary damage source and out-paces the usual Spark or Comet openers.
Each Orb of Storms releases an arc that chains up to 12 times. It fires on cast, again every time a spell is cast inside its radius, and once more on its own timer every few seconds. Stacking the ascendancy’s orb-multiplying notable with Secrets of the Orb on the passive tree and Overabundance pushes the build to five simultaneous orbs, so three casts per second turns into roughly fifteen arcs per second. Unlike raw Arc, the orbs auto-target anything in range, which removes the manual aiming problem entirely.
The scaling angle is the genuinely unusual part. Rather than the familiar mana-stacking route, this build scales mana regeneration. Indigon snapshots mana spent over a four second window, so a character regenerating around 5k mana per second effectively feeds it 20k of spend and converts that into roughly 1,500% increased spell damage — numbers otherwise reserved for very high maximum-mana characters. Wrath Globe stacks on top rather than competing with it, and the same regeneration doubles as the build’s survivability layer.
