Strategy

This is a service-selling strategy rather than a loot strategy: instead of farming currency out of monsters, you sell access to something other players want and get paid in divines. The creator covers three variants that all work in the opening weeks of a league, when demand is highest and supply is thin.

The first is the low-effort version — find a unique map (Untainted Paradise or Castaway) in your Atlas and sell carries into it. Untainted Paradise goes for roughly 40 exalt per player, Castaway for about one divine per player, so a five-person party turns a map you found for free into one to five divines. No build changes, no investment.

The second is the real engine: a dedicated gold-farming setup where you sell gold runs to other players. Reported rates are two to three divines per player per map, meaning 10-15 divines a map, and the creator cites friends clearing 50+ divines an hour in week one. The third is levelling carries, which needs no gear at all but trades currency for time.

Atlas Tree & Setup

The gold-farming setup is built around gold-quantity Soul Cores rather than a specific build — any character that can safely clear tier 14 while wearing the setup will do.

  • Chest: a six-socket Regalia filled with Soul of Azmerald cores (gold quantity from slain enemies), roughly half a divine each. The crafted Inquisitor’s version runs about five divines; the plain version is around one chaos.
  • Gloves: three sockets with increased effect of augmented items, holding three more gold-find cores. The 60% effectiveness version has climbed to ~13 divines; a two-socket 60% budget version sits near 10 chaos.
  • Waystones: tier 15 with 70%+ effectiveness and chaotic monster mods for about nine chaos, or corrupted failed tier 14s for about one chaos as the budget route.
  • Tablets: the most expensive component. Effectiveness tablets run about three divines and last ten uses; the version without effectiveness is roughly a third of the price at ~16 chaos.

On the Atlas, take the Expedition bridge nodes for rare bridge monster effectiveness (five to six points for 30% effectiveness), and pick up the 50% gold find node with water mastery — which means running water city maps. Cities give four tablet slots, so all four tablets go in at once. Use Jadoe for the endgame setup, or Doryani if your build is weaker and you want the extra revive.

Investment & Returns

  • Investment: mid — roughly one to two divines per map in consumables once geared; the gear itself ranges from ~1 chaos (budget) to ~20 divines (endgame)
  • Returns: high — each map should yield at least two divines of value to the buyers, while you charge around 10 divines; net roughly eight divines per 10-minute run
  • Scaling: Party size is the multiplier. Five minutes to clear plus five minutes for players to loot means about six runs an hour, and the creator’s figure of 50 divines an hour assumes a full party and the expensive gear tier.

The unique-map variant scales differently — it needs zero investment but depends entirely on how many Untainted Paradise and Castaway maps you actually find, and prices decay as the league ages. Levelling carries sit around 55-65 divines for a two-to-three hour Act 1-5 run, or 10-15 divines an hour at slower, cheaper pricing.

Step-by-step

  1. Decide your tier: budget gear (~1 chaos chest, 10 chaos gloves, tier 14 corrupted waystones) or endgame (~5 divine chest, 13 divine gloves, tier 15 juiced waystones).
  2. Socket gold-quantity Soul Cores — six in the chest, three in the gloves.
  3. Spec the Atlas: Expedition bridge effectiveness plus the 50% gold find node with water mastery.
  4. Find a water city map for four tablet slots and insert all four tablets.
  5. Test the setup in a small party first — two or three players — and confirm you can actually clear before charging a full group.
  6. Scale up to a six-player party and list runs in the in-game trade channels or a trading Discord.
  7. Take payment after the service completes until you have reputation; never ask buyers to pay up front.

Risks

  • You are taking money for a service you have to deliver — failing to clear a map you have already charged for is a reputation problem, not just a lost run.
  • Scam exposure runs both ways; the creator’s own guidance is post-service payment for new sellers and never paying up front as a buyer.
  • The gold gear is dead weight for your own progression, and wearing it noticeably lowers your clear capability.
  • Prices decay fast. Unique map carries fall off after the first one or two weeks, and tablet and glove prices have already moved during the creator’s own recording.
  • Levelling carries are tedious, drop nothing worthwhile, and take hours of real time for their payout.
