Strategy
This strategy turns regular mapping into a fast currency engine by treating Delirium as a boss-rush mechanic rather than a full-clear grind. Instead of slogging through the encounter the moment a map loads, the runner ignores the Delirium mirror at the start, sprints straight to the boss arena, and only then triggers the counter on the way back. The headline payout is Simulacrum Splinters: it takes 300 of them to assemble a Simulacrum, and a single map can drop anywhere from roughly 25 to 45 at a time, meaning a third to nearly half a Simulacrumβs worth of value per run.
The reason it pays so well in 0.5 is the layered reward stack. On top of the splinters, the encounter showers Distilled emotion liquids that carry serious price tags on the trade market, and those liquids drop noticeably more often than you would expect. Combine that with the normal exalted and divine drops a juiced map already produces and the per-map value climbs quickly without any high-end gear requirement.
It suits players who want a relaxed, repeatable loop they can run while traveling toward other Atlas objectives. Speed clear matters far more than raw damage, so anyone on a mobile build can fold this into an existing route and bank currency along the way.
Atlas Tree & Setup
The core loadout is three Delirium tablets, with the most valuable modifier being the chance for Delirium counters to spawn unique bosses. Testing in the source suggested those extra bosses are where the high-value liquids come from, so prioritizing boss-spawn rolls tends to out-earn pure splinter stack-size rolls, though the two can be mixed. Splinter stack-size modifiers are a reasonable secondary option, but the premium double-stack versions are expensive and optional.
Delirium counters benefit hugely from Grand Mirror areas: a key node makes tablets apply double effect inside a Grand Mirror, so saving those for Delirium (or another mechanic) roughly doubles output. For the atlas itself the creator runs the Jadow / unexpected-missions setup, corrupts all waystones, and takes partial translations for increased effect of explicit modifiers on tablets. Exact atlas passive placement and which secondary nodes to take are specifics to confirm against the source video.
Investment & Returns
- Investment: low Β· Returns: high Β· Tablets sit in the cheap range (roughly 30-75 exalts each for usable boss-spawn rolls), so the entry cost is minor. Each completed map can return a third to nearly half a Simulacrumβs value in splinters alone, and scaling comes from better tablet rolls, layering a Grand Mirror for double tablet effect, and stacking the run onto routes toward other lucrative Atlas mechanics.
Step-by-step
- Slot three Delirium tablets (prioritizing unique-boss-spawn rolls) and corrupt your waystones before entering.
- Enter the map but skip the Delirium mirror at the start; do not trigger the counter yet.
- Speed-run to the boss arena, ignoring trash packs and using a fast or mobile build to cut travel time.
- Hit the boss-room checkpoint, then return to the start and activate the Delirium mirror so the reward bar begins filling.
- Let the bar fill, then checkpoint back to the boss arena where the rewards spawn at the end.
- Clear all the spawned mirror monsters and any unique bosses, then kill the map boss and end the counter to collect your Simulacrum Splinters and liquids.
- Return to town, reset, and repeat the loop as you travel toward your other Atlas targets.
Risks
- Splinter drops are random; the per-map count swings widely, so income is inconsistent over short sessions.
- The reward phase activates the mirrorβs harder monsters and can spawn multiple unique bosses at once, which is where deaths happen, especially on builds vulnerable to heavy stun.
- Profitability leans on liquid and splinter prices that drift through a league; the divine-per-piece figures cited are a snapshot and will move.
- Premium tablet rolls (double splinter stacks) get pricey fast and may not pay for themselves, so test before committing currency to them.
