Strategy

This is a league-start currency path rather than a single farming loop, and its structure is what makes it worth copying: sell to the people farming the popular mechanic instead of competing with them. The creator rushed Abyss Atlas points not because he intended to farm Abyss, but because he wanted to drop and craft Abyss tablets for the players who were.

That first phase — boss rushing, completing the Atlas, and running two cheap Irradiated tablets rolled for waystone chance — funded the first ten to twenty divines with no dedicated farming at all. Abyss encounters and Abyssal coffers happened as a byproduct of clearing the quest line, and any tablets that dropped were crafted rather than sold raw.

Phase two is Grand Expedition, which got better early-league in 0.5.5. Elder Saga no longer exists, and its buffs — Veridian remnants as full six-modifier remnants — now spawn regularly inside logbooks. You cannot hunt for a specific spawn any more, but every logbook has a fair chance at being valuable. Total result: 100+ divines banked plus roughly another 100 in items being held for price appreciation.

Atlas Tree & Setup

Rush Abyss Atlas points first, before finishing the main quest line, so incidental Abyss encounters pay out while you complete the Atlas. Then finish the quest line normally.

For the tablet phase, run two Irradiated tablets rolled for percent waystone chance — cheap at league start, later around 25 exalts each. When crafting Abyss tablets to sell, the three mods worth roughly 50 exalts each are: can contain an additional Rogue Exile, twice as likely to have rewards, and four additional packs. Price-check everything anyway — any decent mod combination is worth 5-10 exalts early on.

For the Grand Expedition phase, run white or blue tier 15 maps with Doryani for the extra revive rather than juiced rare maps. The goal is guaranteeing remnant loot, not maximising the loot explosion. In-between maps run the cheapest tablets available rolled for waystone chance, with the aim of only completing the Expedition encounter to self-sustain logbook drops.

Investment & Returns

  • Investment: low — cheap tablets and free quest logbooks · Returns: high, 100+ divines in the opening days · Scales with: how early you start, since tablet and logbook prices only rise
  • The first four quest-given logbooks alone produced about 20 divines of value
  • Currency chests inside Grand Expeditions dropped 20+ raw divines over the session, plus five waystones per chest at roughly 3 exalts each early on
  • Scout for remnants worth 25 exalts or more, focusing on currency and waystone chests
  • Logbooks were around 2 divines at the time of recording and about 1 divine after; self-sustaining them means never paying that

Step-by-step

  1. Reach endgame, then immediately rush the Abyss Atlas nodes before completing the main quest line.
  2. Complete the quest line while running two Irradiated tablets rolled for waystone chance.
  3. Complete every Abyss that spawns; keep the tablets and Abyssal coffers that drop.
  4. Craft the dropped Abyss tablets rather than selling them raw — target Rogue Exile, double reward chance, or four additional packs.
  5. Transition to Grand Expedition using the four free quest logbooks.
  6. Run them in white or blue T15 maps with Doryani for extra revives, scouting for high-value remnants and prioritising currency and waystone chests.
  7. Between Grand Expeditions, run the cheapest tablets rolled for waystone chance and complete only the Expedition encounter, to keep dropping logbooks.
  8. Hold items that will appreciate rather than dumping everything immediately.

Risks

  • Expedition tablets are extremely rare to drop right now — the creator ran dozens of encounters and got zero. Do not build a plan around farming them
  • Expedition does not appear to spawn outside the ocean area, which limits where tablet farming is even possible
  • The strategy is time-sensitive: tablet and logbook prices are lowest in the first days and only climb
  • Blue and white maps mean less loot explosion; you trade quantity for not losing a high-value remnant to a death
